Gordon Lawrence Haymon, 67, passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018, at Glens Falls Hospital.
Born on December 28, 1950 in Newport, RI, he was the son of the late James and Jeanne (Champlin) Haymon.
On October 7, 1995, he married Martiena Holland in Middletown, RI. Gordon was a member of the Christian Science Church in Glens Falls for many years. He owned and operated Willow Woodworks LLC, in Glens Falls for several years.
He enjoyed gardening, wood working, going to church and spending time in nature.
In addition to his parents, Gordon was predeceased by his infant son, Gregory Haymon and his brother, Roger Haymon.
Left to cherish his memory include his wife of 22 years, Martiena; his daughter, Dorothy Jeanne Haymon and her fiancé, Grayson Beckley of Arizona; his step-daughter Kimberly Petersen and her husband Michael of Massachusetts, his grandchildren; Bryce, Ella, and Kylie, his brother, Richard Haymon of Maine; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may call from 1 to 2pm on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 136 Main Street, South Glens Falls, NY 12803.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
