SOUTH GLENS FALLS

David A. Usher, 53, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at his home due to an accident.

Born March 5, 1965 in Glens Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Robert J. and Margaret (Sheeran) Usher.

David attended South Glens Falls High School and as was roofer by trade. He was a master at his craft.

He was an avid outdoorsman and loved fishing, four-wheeling, snowmobiling, and loved traveling fast. David enjoyed spending time on Lake George. Most of all, he loved being with his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, David is predeceased by his grandparents, several aunts and uncles, and his brother Robert E. Usher.

Left to cherish his memory are his brother Daniel J. Usher of Saratoga Springs, his sister Maureen U. Linehan of South Glens Falls, his brother Michael P. Usher of South Glens Falls, his nieces; Jessica and Sarah Usher of South Glens Falls, Meghan Linehan of Portsmouth, NH, and Kristin Lord of Bernville, PA, and his nephew Anthony Usher of South Glens Falls.

Friends may call from 5-7pm on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at the M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 136 Main Street, South Glens Falls, NY 12803.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10am on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 80 Saratoga Ave., South Glens Falls, NY with Rev. Guy A. Childs officiating.

Rite of Committal will follow Mass at St. Mary’s Cemetery, South Glens Falls.
