Jane was a Gae Foster girl and line captain at the Roxy Theater. She then became a Rockette at the Radio City Music Hall in NYC. She toured the USA, Canada, and Europe and performed with many notable actors.

As a Rockette, Jane toured with the USO during WWII in Europe, entertaining our service men and women. She was given the honorary rank of Captain. She met her husband Edward Howard Anslinger who was a Major in the US Army, and they were later married on August 10, 1946 at St. John’s Church in Lancaster, OH.
