Mary Lee Godfrey, 55, passed away Monday January 22, 2018 at Glens Falls Hospital with her family by her side.
Born December 21, 1962 she was the daughter of the late Ken and Arlene (Donnelly) Godfrey.
Mary Lee graduated from St. Mary’s Academy. After graduation she went on to Maria College and graduated from Castleton College with a duel Degree in Nursing and Business.
She was a communicant of St. Joseph’s Church in Fort Edward and she was a member of the Parish Council.
Mary Lee worked for 30 years as a supervising nurse for Warren County where she started and developed the physical therapy program.
She enjoyed scrapbooking, crocheting, traveling with the church group, gardening, her cat Belle, her dog Princess and spending time with her family and friends.
Left to cherish her memory include her partner, Michael Duggan; her children, Christopher Godfrey, Erin Godfrey Mattison (Nicolas) and their daughter Glencora and, Megan Savage; her brother, Kevin J. Godfrey and his wife Mary Kay; niece, Lynne Marie; along with a large extended family.

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, January 26, 2018 at 10a.m. at St. Joseph’s Church 164 Broadway, Fort Edward, NY 12828.
The Rite of Committal will be in the spring at the convenience of the family.
