Lauren S. (Diffee) Hart, 67, passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2017, at the Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Mass.
Born on November 13, 1949 in Granville, she was the daughter of the late John and Velva (Richards) Diffee.
Lauren married the love of her life, Albert Hart, on July 27, 1968 in the town of Moreau. Albert passed away on Aug. 8, 2016.
She enjoyed going to camp in North Hudson and to Florida. Her favorite activity was going shopping and spending time with her grandchildren.
Besides her parents and her husband she is predeceased by her daughter, Deborah Rossi; her sisters, Jacquelyn Woodard and Darleen Holmes; her brothers, John Diffee and Darl Diffee; her nephews, Mark Diffee, Audie Diffee Jr. and Justin Diffee; her brother-in-laws, Robert Lance and Paul Hayes.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Brian Hart and his fiancé, Teresa Jones, Albert Hart and his wife, Jami; her son-in-law, Anthony Jon Rossi; her grandchildren, Mark, Hailey and Hope Hart and their mother, Rose O’Donnell, Anthony Rossi Jr. and his wife, Shannon, Brock, Cameron and Lasondra Standsfield, and Kain Hart; her great grandchild, Oliver Rossi; her siblings, Gwendolyn Hayes of Granville, Clark Diffee and his wife, Anna, of Granville, Vonda Lance of Hudson Falls, Ronald Diffee and wife, Jacquelyne, of Glens Falls, Audie Diffee and his wife, Patricia, of Hudson Falls, Darcy LaPlant and her husband, Robert, of Hudson Falls, Joreen Van Lint and her husband, Gordon, of Hartford, Doreen Benard and companion, Gurney Bennett, of Hudson Falls; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11am on Monday April 24, 2017 at Union Cemetery.
