Karen M. (Joslin) Quintana, 65, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family.

Born February 20, 1951 in Albany, NY, she was the daughter of the late C. Pete and Margaret (Hanley) Joslin.

Karen graduated from Berne-Knox High School and was employed as an insurance agent for over 40 years. She loved attending car shows with her family and watching stock car races.

Left to cherish her memory are her son Nathan John Quintana and his wife Tanya, her brothers; Thomas and Andrew Joslin, her nieces; Jennifer, Amanda, and Heather Joslin, as well as her companion, Paul Carmel.

At Karen’s request, there will be no calling hours.

A Memorial Service will be conducted at 11am on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at the South Glens Falls United Methodist Church, 15 Maplewood Parkway, South Glens Falls, NY, with the Rev. Bill Puckey officiating.

Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
